The Ask:
Sans, an air and water purification brand, needed to elevate their email and SMS copy to match the quality of their products and stand out in a category crowded with technical, fear-based messaging. They asked for support in making their communication clearer, more consistent, and more effective at driving conversion.

We redefined how Sans shows up in the inbox and on the phone — shifting the copy from technical and transactional to clear, confident, and benefit-led. Grounded in the idea that purification should feel simple, not overwhelming, we translated complex product details into messaging people could immediately understand and trust. Rather than relying on specs or scare tactics, we focused on real, everyday impact: clean air, better water, a healthier home.

Across email, we wrote campaigns and lifecycle flows that were concise, structured, and purposeful—guiding the reader from awareness to action with clarity and ease. For SMS, we developed short-form copy that felt direct and timely, while maintaining the same calm, considered tone.

The result was a more cohesive and elevated copy system — one that clarified the product, strengthened the brand voice, and drove more effective communication across every touchpoint.
