The Ask: Evernow, a menopause telehealth startup, approached Good Fun with a need for a social rebrand and jumpstart. They had a huge amount of momentum (hello, $28.5mm Series A!) but struggled to channel this energy into social media. Although their market is huge — all women will go through menopause in their lifetimes, and over 1 million women in the U.S. enter this health stage every year — public awareness of menopause and its symptoms is shockingly low. 

The Solution: Our initial social strategy focused on raising awareness among women about this pivotal stage in their health journey—educating them on both the impact of hormonal changes and the evidence-based treatments Evernow offers through telehealth. Through strategic copywriting and content development, we transformed Evernow’s social presence from average to standout, creating wellness-driven posts that resonated, spotlighting their innovative offerings (like a first-of-its-kind app and expert medical advisors), and engaging an increasingly active community. As brand awareness grew, we expanded into paid social, crafting high-performing ad copy and campaigns aligned with Evernow’s goal of driving membership growth and reaching new customers.

The Results: In under three months, we were able to increase Evernow’s rate of new followers more than 200% on Instagram and more than 100% on TikTok, and double their brand awareness through social media. Through our paid social activations, their online membership sales grew 30% during our engagement. We’re so proud of their growth, and the much-needed solutions they’re providing for women’s health, through menopause and beyond.
